After over 3 weeks, we are out over $700 and have 2 non-working computers. This is the most disreputable and dishonest business we have ever had the displeasure with.We took a working computer in for routine cleaning and to have Windows 10 installed and Windows 11 removed. They called after 2 days and said we had to buy a new computer. 3 weeks later, they finally gave us the new computer. A pin has been set, but won't give it to us. They trashed our one year old computer. Missing front plate and it won't even power on.

On 02/10/2022, I paid $331.78 to fix my IPAD Air 2 A1567. 'Bout two months later they said they lost it and gonna give me a new one. 'Bout six months later they gave me a new one but it ain't got no cellular, just WiFi. I took it to the local *** store and they said the same thing. So I took it back to them and told 'em I want a cellular IPAD. They keep sayin' they gotta go through their dealer for a new one. It's been over a year now!

On January 10, 2023, my dad (an 87-year-old senior citizen) wrote a check for $1,187.84 to get an Apple iWatch from Alamogordo Technology Solutions. The person who runs the place is called *** and you can find them in Alamogordo, ***. If you want to call them, their number is 575.415.2177. The check went through my dad's bank on January 12, 2023. But guess what? He still hasn't gotten his iWatch. We've been asking about it for the past two months, and every time we ask, they tell us a bunch of lies. They say it's delayed because of the weather, or that it's in the mail. They even promised to give us a tracking number, but we never got one. They don't answer our calls or respond to our messages. It's really frustrating.

The owner of Alamogordo Technology Solutions, LLC is unprofessional and talks a lot. He doesn't keep his word and takes your money without providing any service. Once they have your money, they don't bother to communicate with you. It's up to the consumer to reach out, and even then, they make more promises but still don't update you on the status of your repair. When you lose respect for the business and the owner and ask for a refund, he simply tells you that you won't get one and refers you to their policy. However, nowhere on the sales slip does it mention that there are no refunds. You have to pay upfront, and then they take their sweet time in communicating with you, despite promising to call you within a day or two. When a week passes with no call, you have to be the one to call, and that's when the runaround begins. I'm on a fixed income and have a small business, and I really need my phone. It's cracked and keeps cutting my hands with sharp pieces of glass. Plus, the bottom button doesn't work anymore. I had to insist that they write down the details of the repair on my sales slip, but they kept saying it was just for their records. I refused to sign the slip until they typed in what repairs were being done. I reached out to the Chamber of Commerce in the area, and they informed me that they have received several complaints about this company. I don't trust them to work on my phone, and I don't want them to touch it. I just want my money back. I paid for a service, and I still have to use my dangerous phone. I had to call them twice before deciding that I wanted nothing more to do with them. After my final call, where I requested my money back and threatened legal action, the owner sent me a text saying that there would be no further communication. Ten minutes later, his sales lady called, claiming she received a message and asked me to call. I never spoke to her on the phone at any point. Only the owner, the man who claimed to be the owner, knows about my situation. I even told him that I live nearby and could come in, but he refused, saying that his staff couldn't tell me anything more than he already had.

I made a transaction on 2/10/2022 and paid $1762.06 to Alamogordo Technology Solutions, LLC for a laptop computer and installation service. Unfortunately, they did not fulfill their end of the contract. I have tried to resolve the issue, but they have not made any effort to address my complaint. To make matters worse, when my daughter (who works in my office) tried to talk to them, they simply laughed at her. I have attached a detailed complaint as an upload, as 2000 characters is not enough to fully explain the situation.

On 01/06/2022, I paid for my Apple Watch series 3 to get the screen fixed. They said they could do it. David P tried to replace the screen for several months, but then he said he would order me a new watch instead. He said he got a few replacements, but none of them worked. I called and emailed them many times on 7/12/2022, 07/18/2022, 07/23/2022, and 08/04/2022 to ask about my watch, but I still haven't gotten a replacement. On 08/15/2022, they said my replacement watch arrived, but it was at the other shop. They said we could pick it up on 08/16/2022. My mom went to get it after 5:30 on 08/16/2022, but they said it wasn't there and was at the other shop. My mom demanded my original watch and a refund, but they said they don't give refunds. All I want is a replacement watch that works, like I was promised, or my original watch back with a refund. I can show you the emails and the receipt I got as proof.
