...Good day. i fear i have been caught up in the ''color law. of NH FIRE MARSHAL, RED TAG furnace service company,
repair/clean/ SCAM. many cases on line of furnace compny's, claiming an owners furnace being unsafe and they must shut down.
they say that ''company, will quote a new furnace.
many such scams have been proven a fraud'' .

. i can get no help from the ''NH FIRE MARSHAL OFFICE , AND I HAVE copied all my data to them in my ''facebook'' acount.
. as i told them. i requested a oil boiler ''clean'' the boiler was running perfect, i checked the fuel usage, and she was just sipping
the fuel.
i had new vent piping and draft adjust unit. ready to install wnen the ''cleaning'' old piping was removed for cleaning..
i used ''aj leblanc '' company, the last furnace company that cleaned the boiler'''
he was a good , honest person. what came this time was a 28 yr old, 6.3 tall. who banged his head on my overhead expansion tank.
he had a large wrench , a cellphone. , no vacumm or brushes to clean the soot from the cast iron heat exc,.
i learned my orginal ''aj leblanc was past on. his daughter owned the company,.

that tech. took of the top sheet metal cover. and said the vent plate is rusted out letting carbon monoxide into the house.
i must shut furnace down. we need to get you ''heat'' we will sell you a new boiler. i was struck. i swore at the situation.
i said i have no money, he said credit? , i said no credit. he stood there and struck my heat exchanger so hard with the wrench ,
the bracket that held the sheet metal vent pan, flew in the air. why?.
i was focased on the shut down for the sheet metal pan, i said thats nothing ,i can have one made, ( which i did and have ).

that was that finding i had no money to buy, i said the saftey on ceiling you took off the knob. where is it.
he said on saw table. not there i was looking on floor. the tech disappeared. i called the office
they said ''they wanted nothing more to do with me, i swore at the tech. and he was so terrified and ran back to the
office. i am 5 ft. 110lbs very old. very strange?

i put all this to ''aj LeBlanc on my facebook, public...

i called ''paul Plummer '' service company. spoke with 2 people at the company, i wanted my boiler vacuumed / brushed.
they came. that tech, came, said he could not vacuum he would lose his lic...2 techs left.

my mistake, i should not have said ''no money'' i should have let the aj leblanc do there normal scam.
i did not expect to be attacked. and i am slow witted''
when the NH STATE, chose this new safety inspection by all private furnace companies, surely they were aware this was
an open door to scam the public. and yet there is no state boiler expert, to monitor such ''red tag'' shut downs?

i need such a ''state person'' to evaluate my boiler.
i have since learned that, the service company, is required to evaluate ALL the furnace , quote all repairs needed and cost,
most items on a furnace can be replaced.

Do you see the burden the NH state legislators, have put on the NH PUBLIC?

one case i can supply to you all data. a gas boiler, the owner was told there was a crack in the steel heat exchange unit,
and given a photo of crack. the owner had a furnace expert, take the furnace all apart, no crack was found.
and the ''expert'' said that photo, is not the same ''heat exchange '' model as yours'' .
do you see the burden the NH ledgislators have put on the NH PUBLIC? .

thank you, for your time. please reply back. the question is; can such a ''furnace'' espert be supplied to my little ''boiler''
for a real inspection... there are 2 things you can bring to the ''NH STATE FIRE MARSHAL'' , the furnace in cold weather
need not be ''shut down'' nessasarly, there is an instrument that can read the in operation flue gasses. and levels. when carbon monoxide is less
then 33 parts per million. the furnace can run until repairs are made.

than the cost of new. ''no need to inspect further. '' you see they have done this before...but there is a Forensic , that
can end their game...
