Air-Bulance review: Air conditioning

I hired this A/C company to come and install a new unit which is not even 2 years old and we have had nothing but issues with the unit since it was installed I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with whoever the manager is to this company. I have to call them every 3-4 months for the same issue and this issue has not been resolved. I paid almost $5,000.00 for this unit and I should not be dealing with this unprofessionalism. When a customer pays for a service it is the companys responsibility to come out and resolve the issue no matter what and they have not done that. all they want to do is sell you other products rather than fixing the issue that hasnt been resolved
