Aha (ahalife.com) is a great program that is super easy to sign up for. All you have to do is pick the location, day, and time that works best for you. I recently took a course with them and it was amazing. The instructor was the best I've had so far and I had a ton of fun while learning a life-saving skill.

Throughout the course, the instructor shared their actual experiences which really helped me understand the pressure and anxiety that comes with performing this skill. It was great to hear from someone who has been in the field and knows what it's really like.

Overall, I had a great experience with Aha and I will definitely be signing up again when it's time for renewal. Thank you so much for this opportunity!

I gotta say, Aha (ahalife.com) is a pretty sweet spot to shop. They got some fast shipping, which is always a plus in my book. And their customer service is based right here in the US, so you know you're talking to someone who gets you.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from different brands on their site, and they made it clear that each package was coming straight from the designers. So, I knew I'd be getting my goodies at different times. No biggie.

One of the things I ordered ended up being back-ordered. But, the AHAlife team was super helpful in finding me a replacement that was even better than what I originally picked out. And, they even gave me a discount for the trouble. But, honestly, there was no trouble at all.

Overall, I'd give Aha an A+. I'm definitely gonna be shopping there again.

On November 13th at 7:00 PM USA Eastern time, I visited the Aha video site. At first, the screen did not move to the next pages unless I gave a Credit Card or a debit Card number. I entered my debit Card details, but before I could get the confirmation screen, I got an error - cannot access page. I initially thought something was wrong with my card, and I tried again with a different debit Card, and it did the same. I never got the confirmation page that you agree to the services.

So I became suspicious and immediately tried to use their chat service on their website, leaving an offline message "Please do not charge my card as the page did not load." However, the chat service could not be reached.

Within nine minutes, at 7:12 PM, I received an invoice saying that my card has been charged $59.99 for the subscription. I sent an email back to AHA support saying that this is not correct, and I should not be charged. The reply came back with a Case number the next morning.

On November 14th at 8:00 AM USA time, I received a Case number. At 10:00 AM USA time, I tried to call the above AHA number, and a lady picked up the phone and said someone would contact me in the next 12 -24 hours.

However, no one called me, and I tried to contact the AHA number again on November 15th. They said the amount was charged correctly, and I had agreed to the conditions. I was really irritated because I never agreed to the transaction as the page did not load. I asked for a full refund as I never used even a single stream or video and demanded a full refund.

On November 15th, I got an email saying the case has been escalated, and please allow 10-12 days for processing. It has been nearly 12 days, and I keep getting emails from different people in AHA that the case has escalated, and they keep asking me "DO not stream Videos from AHA site." They have sent this multiple times.

As of November 24th, there is no sign of any refund, and they keep sending dummy emails saying that my case is escalated. We know from experience that these fraud services would use this term "Do not stream videos" as a reason to deny the refund, saying "you had used the video service, and therefore we cannot give you a refund." We have seen this with several companies.

I have a complete history of my private IP that I used with my computer. I have not visited the company website and never used any of its services to this day. We have filed several complaints to get our money back. We have not used even 0.***% of their service, and still, they keep delaying the refund. No one should even visit this site.
