Hello. I have booked a shipment in 26 June 2023 from Dubai to Mumbai (India)
After chasing in 1st place itself the customer service was really bad. They mentioned that cargo have been reached Chennai on 3rd August and is under clearance.
Today it is 21st Aug and still it is u der clearance?
Clearance of any goods doesn't take this long. There is no update, call, report from your side in regards to this.
I have been now chasing for my material almost more than the expected time. This is just very unprofessional and not done.
Would like to now escalate this matter to higher authorities.
This cargo is very urgent and needs to be delivered on time. Which is not yet even after paying amount what was being told.
Request you to look into this and have this resolve ASAP
Shipment
This company is Fraud and I don’t know how it is still open in dubai. I have done my shipment on 2jan2021 and till now I haven’t received my luggage. Every time they have new story no proper response I visited their office but nothing and give fake promises.
And said it’s not in our hands than whose it is. Promised me within 1 month I will receive my shipment but it’s more than 1 year.
This company should be banned and I would advice everyone to do consumer complaint for this company
Cargo under hold...
A Cargo was booked vide consignment number [protected] dated 27.12.2021 to Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India and online tracking shows cargo under hold since 29.12.21. The cargo was a dress materials for my children aged 6 years for forthcoming festival in India. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful to deliver in time please. Its for personal use and for any sales value.

Door to Door Service
I tried to call them a couple of times to follow up on my cargo, they are not answering my calls.
They said it will be only 1 week. but until
now my package is still not there..
Delivery
They reply quick, but give you faulty and missing information. I used them for sending a suitcase from Abu Dhabi to Germany and I asked them twice about writing a detailed list of content. I even asked the person who picked it up from me and he said "No need!". But now DHL is keeping my suitcase because of the missing item's list. It is a disaster! Vahid from AGL Cargo is refusing to accept their mistake. I did not even hear an apology!
personal shipment
we sent a personal shipment of 30kg to Ottawa from al ain (Abu Dhabi) through this company on June 20th 2021. The full money for delivery was paid in cash. The arrangement was for the shipment to reach Ottawa in 2 weeks. We were regularly following up with one of the employees, Vahid. He was promising that it would be shipped in a short time and promised updates about the shipment status. After 6 weeks he told us that the shipment was still in Dubai customs as it contained food even though we already presented the company with this information when we specified its contents. Therefore we asked him to return the box with the money. His attitude was completely unprofessional, inefficient and careless. Up till today, aug 12th 2021 we still didn't receive the box nor the money. Also, he refused to give us the phone number of any of his managers, and said that he was the manager himself, which we know is not true. We called Dubai customs service to complain and they referred us to Dubai police for an official complain.
No news of my personal cargo of 8 cbm
I had given my personal cargo of 8 cbm containing all my household for home shifting from Dubai to Malaysia. It has been 3 months now but no one has any clue of the consignment. Akhil has left the company and another person Vahid is useless. He does not even reply to my messages. He has no clue about the consignment. I have decided to file a complaint in the consumer department against this company. Do not use this company for any freight requirements. Their service is horrible.
The cargo was handed over to AGL Express Cargo at Dubai warehouse on 22.06.2020
As per their instructions I transferred AED 6200/- to their account on 5th July 2020.
Till date they are not able to give me any status on my cargo nor any details.
I am fed up following up with them and calling them with international calls.
My goods
My agent sent my goods to your company since march 18 up till now no update about my goods and you guys won't reply my messages either and I won't like the situation I will drag your company as scam on social media, I regret using your company. Your customer service is poor please and please I need my goods or else I will tag your company as scam
package shipment
I am very dissapointed and unhappy with their integrity. When the package was picked up I was hit by surprise charges not communicated to me before. I had other issues and each time I complained they lied and said that this was communicated to me. Nothing was however mentioned in the whatsapp communication between me and the employee. The employee's name I was dealing with was Vijay.

I have opted for cargo services. My luggage weighed 350 kgs and opted by air cargo.
I did not receive my luggage for 6 months and I tried contacting them. I contacted Akhil,
Basheer,
Akil,
Sabana,
Navin,
Vijay,
and none of them had any idea about my luggage. At last, I have received after 2 months this happened because AGL Cargo gives the consignment to some random company in India. After receiving I have lost 30 kgs of my cargo and there were lots of items and even branded items. None of them had any courtesy and basic ethical standard to handle customers, rather he shouted at me and started blaming me and my country.
After Talking to Basheer elaborately
"he said that Indian Customs steal all the luggage. And I should sue them because Indian customs steal the luggage and that is what Indians are good at".
There have been many people who sent their cargo by AGL have experienced the same situation and have lost their luggage.
AGL CARGO cannot guarantee the luggage and their job is to ship from Dubai and they cant assure for remaining procedure.
The company is responsible for losing my luggage on top of that being an Indian he blames the system of the country. He only plays the blame game.
Delay in delivery
I had sent 60 Kgs of Cargo from Dubai to Delhi. I did so 21st of April I was promised that it will be delivered within 15 days. Its the 16th day and they are still saying my cargo is with Mumbai Customs as Delhi Customs had put an embargo but even from Mumbai they are unable to clear any luggage as the Custom is on strike. Mr. Akhil has no clue when will I receive my courier this is totally unacceptable

Agl cargo service - never opt for this company. it is worst company ever. employees mislead you and put you under financial stress.. shame on this company... I sent a consignment from dubai to chennai but without my authorisation they sent to cochin and later they got 60000 rs from me and all my things I received in broken form after 90 days... mr vahid and ms maya mislead you.. don't ever trust this company
Al Manahel Cargo - Scammer Cargo Company
This is warned everyone in Dubai to not give your cargo to Al Manahel Cargo. I give them my cargo last September 2018 to ship to Canada by sea and until today I did not receive anything from them. They have all my shipment and my money. I keep calling hundred times but no response and the owner Abu Mohammed and Shakeeb are also keep changing numbers from time to time. I have tried to report them to police for help but failed since I am away from Dubai. I also communicated to other victims of this cargo company who are also fighting to get back their cargo form these people. They don't have land line number but only small warehouse in Sharjah.
