AFLAC Group Insurance review: Life insurance of policy no. 3700000292

We received a note that this Life insurance lapsed and we are asked to pay $830.60 to get back the policy back to good standing and must be received within 30 days from the date this letter was written, and we received the after several days.
First of all we have to call several times before we can get the bill and is usually with the wrong dates. But we always pay, it maybe a few days after the due date because we waited for the bills.
Now we do not know why this is happening.
We need your help to correct this. We already send all the copies of check which was cleared in the bank to AFLAC Group Insurance last January 18, 2021 and still waiting for the explanation.
