A&E Factory Outlet and American Home Shield review: Refrigerator ice maker

I have a home warranty through American Home Sheild. When my ice maker was not working, I scheduled a repair. They sent A&E Factory Outlet out to work on my ice maker in my refrigerator. I shuttered when I found out who they use for appliance repair. I had a dryer needing repair in the past and they once came to my home to repair the dryer 12 times! Their window is 8-5. I am a busy Realtor, and this was a huge inconvenience!

So the circus begins! They have been to my home 4 times already. 5 is scheduled. The last tech according to today's tech ordered the wrong part. so todays tech ordered yet more parts as he left here today leaving the other ordered part on my kitchen table. They NEVER fixed the ice maker and I have spent all summer either buying ice of making it with ice cube trays, all the while the technicians talk about home warranty companies and try to sell the Sears Home Warranty and claim they will fix the problem in three visits or replace it.
