Email sent last week sent Aug 11th.

I am completely shocked and disappointed with the services ADT provides. I have had issues with getting access to my account since Monday, August 8th. I forgot my password. I requested an e-mail to be sent to reset my password. I NEVER received an e-mail to change my password.

After several hours on Monday, August 8th I finally spoke to someone who did not help. She instructed me to exactly what I did and still never received an e-mail. I made 10 phone calls to Safe Streets and 12 phone calls to ADT to try and resolve my issue on Monday and Tuesday

Today Thursday, August 11 I tried again to access my account. When I went to login to MyADT my information was populated with my e-mail as username and the password I had created. I hit "log in" button and a message stating the following "You name and password did not match our records. Please try again".. I tried several combinations and again ask to reset my password. Still NO e-mail.

Also I spent 1hour and 6 minutes on hold before being cut off, at the same time waiting I spent 40 minutes waiting for a virtual assistant and an actual person who told me to login and re-register. This is not even a possibility because I already have an account.

At this point I still have not talked to anyone or received a call back. I have contacted Vivint, I have an appointment with them at two tomorrow August 12th.

Today, August 16, I made another call to get the correct information on the insurance certificate. They did not include "fire". I live in southern California. Fire should be 1st over calling for an ambulance. Still not resolved. Today the wait time was over 50 minutes.

ADT IS NOT An A+ rated company. It should not have a rating. They are a

$5.315 BILLION company with 18,000 employees, after 11 days they still have the "issue" of long wait times. I am disgusted and will talk to anyone. I have documentation of all of this. Do not tell me it is because of Pandemic!
