I ordered an “in stock” ottoman from this company on August 12, 2022 and, of course, they took my money immediately. Three days later I received a message saying it was on back order for at least 12 weeks. I followed up on October 27th and was informed that the back order had been extended until at least January of 2023. After following up in January, I was told that my order has been canceled and a refund would be processing within seven business days. To this day I have yet to receive a refund. I have reached out numerous times inquiring on my refund and have gotten nothing but the run around. Now, they’ve just stopped answering me. On March 1 they said they would mail me a check and let me know. I’ve heard nothing back.

Hi it took a lot, but I went to my bank and filed a dispute. Even though it had been a year. The company started emailing me when I started emailing everyone that was connected to ACF. He said if my band and/or credit card would file a dispute he would not object to it. I had my money a couple of days later. It is still provisional, but if the company isn't lying it should be a good refund. If not I will continue my battle to get my money back. I was prepared to go to Columbus, MS and file a small claim. That is the address of the company although they didn't have a real business there. The owners live there too. I will not lay down and let them take almost $3000 from me.
