Ordered 2 bedroom sets on August 4, 2021 in the amount of $2175.36... used Covid and Ashley for an excuse of lack of delivery for almost a year. Cancelled and request a refund on May 31, 2022. Still waiting for refund, waited on hold for 55 minutes yesterday was the 15th caller waiting---they said I would have my refund by end of day. Repeated that numerous times and still no refund today. The day I cancelled i ordedred bedroom sets from different company also by Ashley and had them delivered in less than 3 weeks... Have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for almost a year due to a house fire.

I am close to be 69 years old.

Desired outcome: My $ 2,175.46 refund and for this company to stop holding on to people's money when they know they can't deliver .

I ordered dresser and a chest back 10/2022 and the company keep saying was back order. By 1/2023 I canceled the ordered and still waiting for my refund $1002.10. This company is a scam. Now you can’t even get on their page.

I am also waiting for an Ashley Bedroom Suite. It's been almost a year. I had ordered a Ashley table and chairs and they finally gave me a refund--however, the price went up due to covid. Now, if I cancel the bedroom suite, I can't even come close to buying it. The prices have skyrocketed. I'm so sad I wanted this bedroom suite for years now I'll never get it unless they honor my purchase. I get emotional because I work so hard and was so proud, I could finally afford to buy a NEW bedroom suite. They sure popped my joy :(.

BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered multiple items in Oct 2021. By June 2022, no delivery. They kept saying it was on back order. I then cancelled my order and requested a full refund but then they said they couldn't put it back to my card I paid with. They said I could use PayPal or they could mail me a check. I chose the latter. I've since filed a BBB complaint in September. I STILL don't have my refund. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a Ashley bed frame 357.00 last December of 2021 was being told my order mybe delivered in July of 2022 asked for a refund in May of 2022 have not received any refund as of October 2022 the company will not respond to any emails or return any of my messages 😑 going to contact the Attorney General in Mississippi to report AFC Wholesale.com THEFTS! DO NT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a table on May 22,2022 order number 123692 amount $418.16. Cancelled on 6-03-22 due to found bad Better Business Bureau reports and prospect of a long wait period. They replied 7-14 business days wait for refund. As of 10-03-22 no refund given. Tried to call several times with no answer. I feel that these people should be shut down and locked up until everyone is paid back what they took.

This scares me. I am also waiting on a Ashley Realyn bedroom set from there. To be transparent I did order a table and chairs. When I complained about it taking so long they gave me my money back. I ordered from Amazon and had within a week. The sad part about waiting is the prices keep going up. This isn’t right. I wonder why they behave this way and not just send the items. I ordered twice from them in 2020 and got both my orders within 6 weeks. It was Ashley Realyn coffee and end tables. They have almost $3000 of my money.

Ridiculous excuses

You said: That is absurd, you clearly stated in your original message to me that the product is discontinued. I can also presume you are not interested in obtaining my business. There is no reason for a delayed processing investigation considering my circumstance. Either the product is available or it is not, pretty cut and dry. Also, you withdrew the funds from my account the same day I placed the order without confirming availability of the product. I can't wait to leave a review about my experience. It might be faster for me to wage a complaint with my bank and file a merchant service case. 1 to 10 scale/ 10 is best Customer service- 0 Billing resolution- 0 Inventory control- 0 Ease of purchase- 0 Overall buying experience- 0

We must receive confirmation from the manufacturer that the order has been canceled on their end before we are able to submit the refund on our end. Horrible company to work with and poor customer service. Their order cancellation and refund policy is absurd. I have been waiting for my order for two months. When I ordered the item the website said it was in stock. I was told a month ago it would be delivered the first of July. Now I am being told the first week of September. When you call, the wait time is an hour or longer. Once you reach a representative they are short and not very helpful. I do not trust them and will not purchase from them again.

I placed an order on May 23rd. Today is July 28. I called their customer support (who, by the way, don't even care) and was told that my order would be shipped on August 15th and would take 2 weeks to arrive. They won't allow me to cancel my order even though they don't have any inventory of the item. My new TV has been sitting on the floor for 2 months now. The representative does not have any customer service... she just asked me "is there any other question?". I waited 2 hours on the phone for a representative and that's all I got. Unbelievable people. Bad company, bad customer service, no integrity at all.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I normally don't write reviews, even when I may have a horrible experience, but they are straight up thieves. We ordered our furniture Feb 2nd of this year and we still don't have it. They told us initially that it was back ordered and we would receive it in April. Well, it's July and we still don't have it. Now they are saying it will be September and if I want a refund, I have to pay the return shipping for the two items of the whole bedroom set that they've already sent. Which I've priced and it could be anywhere from $800 to $1,000. So, they have our $1,500 and they are holding it hostage until we pay that money to get it back. SHAME ON YOU!

I will pray to find peace with this highway robbery, and I know karma will eventually come around. If they try to come on here and deny this or talk around it, I am happy to furnish proof. LIARS!
