ACF Wholesale review: Flynnter king panel bed set

On June 20, 2022 I placed an order online for the above mentioned with ACF Wholesale. My CC was charged on June 21,2022. I received a notification (via email) that the product was backordered and estimated shipping date will be in September. After inquiring about my order in September I was told it was backordered for 12 weeks. I continued to get the same automatic reply of my product being backordered for 12 weeks. In March of 2023 I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told that it will take 7-14 days and then another 5 -7 days from my institution to refund my money. After inquiring about my refund I was told that they were unable to put the money back on my card and they would issue me a check and to verify my address (which they should have already had from the CC information. I sent them the information. I continued to follow up with them and they stopped responding to my requests of information regarding my refund.
