This is a online company that delivers food and etc to inmates in the US.
I ordered from them a few times for my son who is a inmate in North Carolina.
I have ordered from them food for him and there are always items missing. They do not tell you anything when this happens. It is very frustrating as my son needs these things. They told me they reimbursed me but I just would like them to deliver these things when they become available. This is no way to treat underprivileged people.
Desired outcome: Would like them to contact the buyer and tell them they will deliver these items they had listed on the order when it becomes available. I didn’t want my money back. The buyer has no say do.
I think it's time for a lawsuit. They are ripping off/stealing people's money by charging for items never shipped. They belong behind bars.
The $ charged is overpriced. Twice when I ordered Old Spice Body Wash for an inmate they were out of stock. Waste of time and money, They will also keep your money if you don't contact them. Terrible customer service. Constantly out of items. Whoever does the buying for Securpak truly stinks at their job! It is a monopoly! Why don't they order using at least 4 different companies. Costco would be great! They have the customer by the throat! No repercussions for their terrible customer service, way overpriced, constantly out of products but shows that they are in stock, Totally not fair to the inmates, and especially not fair to their family members who are paying! There should be a government investigation into this company for corruption within the prison system. But then again the congressman are probably in on it too! I am 100% fed up!
