If I were everyone out there, I'd heed this advice; DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THESE FREE TRIAL OFFERS!!! They're a sham. They blind side you into a monthly club deal and then if you miss their 10-day or 14-day whatever deadline and they charge your account and send you product; you're lucky if you get your money back. I returned all product i received and cancelled the membership etc and still have not recived a credit to my account. This being the third company I'm having problems getting my money back from. Others I never even recieved future products from and was still charged. Upon calling these companies they say they will cancel your membership and will refund your money, but don't.

I was totally surprised when I checked my bank account today to find $89.99 taken from my account. My delima is that this may cause a chain reaction in my account for some regular bill automatic deductions that happen every month. My husband is currently stationed in Iraq and won't receive the next pay period direct deposit until December 8th. We've had some unexpected expenses this past month, and are down to the bottom line until his next embursement.
These folks are sounding very scammy.
    What a shame.
The world is such a greedy greedy place these days, what happened to integrity and morality?
Does any one even know what "do the right thing" means anymore?

I do not want to be on your program. I have not had the pills for 14 days to even make a decision on whether this works or not. I have learned on thing from this. Nothing is for free and read the terms carefully. I will call to make sure this does not happen again and will spread the word!!!

I also was charged $75.69 CDN for the product on my visa... I even called to cancel the very same day I ordered the "free trial" to ensure this would not happen. I the very same thing happened to my WU Yi Pixie Tea ($69.36 cdn) I would assume this was a mistake & I will be refunded the amount to my visa. No more charges are authorized on my visa.

This is a TOTAL rip off. I read thru everything before ordering the free trial. It said nothing about an automatic shipment. This product did not work at all during the trial period. Why in the world would I ever want to order it. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Please cancel my subscription. You did not make this whole transaction clear on your "free sample" site! I would like to be credited the amount that you deducted from my account and I am contacting my bank to make sure that no future deductions will be taken out from your company!

Your product is a total fraud. I was also automatically shipped and billed on my debit card $89.99 without any kind of notification prior to debiting my card.

I ordered the sample that I have not used. Then I got 2 more bottles in the mail. I did not know you have to cancel something you have not yet ordered. My Dr. will not let me take the tablets. I am sending them back to the company. They say they are not returnable.
I will report them to the BBB.

    This is a scam.

I tried the free(so called FRFE) sample and it made me sick, why would I want to continue to make myself sick? I WANT my account credited for the amount charged. When I ordered this product there was NO such thing as NO returns on the first shippment. I have never heard of such a thing. If I do not bet my return You can be assured I will contact the
Better Business Bureau. Someone has to be a real scam artist to come up with such things as this.

I tried the acai slim product and I did not agree to any transaction of 89.97 made to my account. I did not even get an e-mail to notify me of the specific transaction that I supposedly agreed to or who my account would be charged by to verify this transaction. I will expect to be able to send all product I receive back to your company and receive a full refund.

Acaislimdiet.com and Leancomplex.com are shipped by the same company

    Karlo Nazarian
    dba Kinetka Labs
    2807 North Glenoaks Blvd.
    Burbank, CA 91504

It's a scheme that uses affiliate marketing with the trendy supplements and they hook you into this monthly billing. The trial period ends often before you've even received the product.

It is a total scam. L.A. residents should file in small claims court against this guy. Others should take legal action in their jurisdiction. If it crosses state lines, it could be construed as mail fraud and that becomes a federal crime.

Kinetka Labs is not a laboratory. Nazarian isn't in the medical or health field at all. He is a computer guy who came up with a way to make big bucks at the expense of gullible people. It is up to each "victim" to take action.

This company charged me an additional $89.97 that was never agreed to, nor was there any "fine print" in my initial order stating that there would be an additional charge. I want my money back immediately or I will take further action.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS OFFER!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGONY!!!
I am so happy to have found this site to express my experience, I am appalled at this scam. I had confirmation on the phone that I would only be charged for the samples, low and behold I receive my credit card bill and I am getting charged the full price for the bottles plus the next order (which I did not agree to) plus this accu-fit site (which I also did not agree to) I ask for the address and I get a P.O.Box. The terms and conditions could have been re-iterated on the phone, especially since I specifically asked "what charges would appear on my credit card" it was clearly stated 5.00 for the Acaia-slim and 7.00 for the Bromalite. After all is said and done, my card had charges in excess of $300.00

Ive been charged 90 bucks and cancelled BEFORE the trial period ended...Guess they consider the 5 DAYS its sent via mail part of the trial period. What a joke. I hope my bank can get my money back. In todays economy, I cant take hits like this. What a sorry disturbing joke. The last time I order ANYTHING online again...And they said Oprah backed this product??? Oprah should sue cuz I now hate her more than I did before...Sorry for everyone that got ripped off like I did...Hurts...

My parents are having the same problems right now so I'm going to try to figure it out to get this stuff stopped. My parents don't have the money for this stuff. I cant believe this total cleanse stuff just cost 85 whoever would spend that much money on a bottle of diet pills is ridiculous. All my mom and I wanted was the FIVE DOLLAR free trial...ovbiously a scam.

I will be calling to cancel both the Acai-a-slim and Total Cleanse and although getting previous money refunded would be nice ALL I care about is ENDING THE AUTOMATIC SHIPMENT/PAYMENTS.

And, thank you for the idea to have the credit card company stop these payments from going through in the future.

My mom and I wanted to try these products because they thought it'd be interesting to see what happened, BUT ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE $5.00 A PIECE. Now, they've been charged $84.79 product plus shipping for months now...with sporadic shipping of the product.

I will be contacting both companies to CANCEL THIS tomorrow and submitting more complaints elsewhere.

Thank you to whoever it was who mentioned the bank. I'll suggest they stop the transactions through their credit card company as well.

Maybe if enough of us complain these people's business will be put down at least...

i tried to cancel products within the 14 days they give you to cancel. no one answers or returns your calls. email address for cancellation is bogus. i did use a prepaid card which has since expired. So do not think i will have future issues with them since they can not auto bill me for any future shipments.

Just a note to those who are cancelling their products...when you agree to the terms of acai, you are inadvertently agreeing to sign on with a few other companies who will start charging your credit card monthly.

Bargain Savers and Vacation Savers are two that have been charging my credit card and I had called to to cancel this payment. I did bring it up with the Acai rep when I called and they told me they had no idea who those companies were and they did not share my information with anyone else. Of course, after talking to Bargain Savers and Vacations Savers they told me they got my info from the AcaiSlim and I agreed to their terms when I agreed to Acaislim's terms. There is also a Fitness club of sorts that you will have to cancel as well because they will start charging your credit card. This is a total scam people, if you're stuck in it already, start calling to cancel everyting and watch your bank statements.

Acai ASlim is a giant, flaming joke.
When I realized what they were up to in December, I tried reaching the company by telephone.
Two days later, after trying to call about every hour, only getting a fast busy signal, I gave up.
My bank was professional enough to pursue the issue and I did get a credit for the amount Acai ASlim charged me.
Warning: Acai ASlim also sells your credit card information to other companies without warning you.
After the initial charges from ASlim, a charge from www.fitfactory.com showed up on my statement.
I had never heard of FitFactory, never been on its website, and wanted nothing to do with whatever product they are selling.
I filed a formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and my bank.
Who knows---there could be grape KoolAid in those capsules.

Hello all, yes I was another idiot who was belived into getting this so called "free trial" ...

In saying that, it has now been 2 weeks and i still have not recived it, after reading all the comments and revews about this stupid pill, I realized I should of looked more into this, but to my stupidity I was fooled to beliveing the web site when it said " HURRY THIS OFFER IS RUNNING OUT, SEE IF YOU QUALIFY" and also something about offer closing at 11:59 easten time or something! I looked at by debit card statments, but nothing was even on my statment about acaislim, but in saying that there was an amount of $15 taken out by vibrentbeauty??? what the???
After I saw that I tried to call the 1800 toll free number listed on the web site under "CONTACT US", I called them a few time through the day and everytime i called it was closed, so i then did the stupid "LIVE CHAT" wuth one of there idiots, by the way it could not have been live chat, and if so...bad customer service! I said I would like to cancel my membership as all I ask for is the "SO CALLED FREE TRIAL" the idiot who's so called name was Reggee then gave me my cancelation number and to keep it for futere referance, now I wonder if they will still charge me? This Product and it's scam is bull ###!

If you people out there are honestly serious about losing the weight, just go to the doctor and get a script of Duromine, as much as it has a bad name for itself, it does work, cut down the meal sizes, do some exersice, This drug has phentermine in it, so it switches the " I'm hungry, bored and I want food" button off in your brain, so you forget about food, My doctor put me on the 15mg dosage and yes I had lots of energy! but within a month I lost all my unwanted after marage fat of 13kgs! Not to bad i thought! 1 more thing, if you are a female who is really struggeling to lose weight, maybe you should look at the contraceptive pill your on, a lot of them make it very hard for your body to lose any weight!
