Abigail Triana review: Harassment of elderly client

Abigail called my client who is 85 years old - demanding her address and confirmation of her phone number. Can you believe it? We assigned her to call a family member and she kept calling demanding and being very persistent. It's a shame that we have a world with such rude and inconsiderate people who don't understand how to talk to people when seeking important information.
