Absolutely worse company to work with. They came through American Home Shield and it has been the worse experience we have ever had. The owner talks well for the first time, to convince you that he will do a good job and then does everything to delay the process, zero communication, tried to convince you to pay for it all before he even shows up (shady all around), get equipment in from the warranty company so that he could keep it and sell it on his own. At all cost and time, go with someone else for what you need. Stay away from this company!
Desired outcome: Someone needs to look at the way this company operates and how they are cheating their customers. If you go to BBB you can see the same issues from a number of people. Same on other review sites.
