Door ordered and made two years ago, been in storage at aww. I was told to give 2 weeks notice for tne jamb to be built and tbe door shipped. It's been 3 months. It's still not done. I asked for tne two doors slabs to be shipped and I would find somebody local to build tbe frame... I still do t have tbe door.

Very poor customer service , and tbis is an expensive custom door. I am beyond frustrated. It's holding up our entire entry remodel, and fall /rain are now an issue.

This company is a door vendor, we are a supplier and have an amazing reputation in our community. This comapny is horrible. Not only is their product a piece of poop! it's cheap material being used and the doors just split and fall apart. They have horrible customer service and refuse to return our calls or emails. They finally agreed to replace the door and all they did was do a cheap patch job on the door and sent it back. To top it off the door now has the paint on the metal iron work chipped off. Definately not quality. I work for shop and this is the last time we will ever order doors from them. Save yourself money and time and a headache. Buyer beware!
