Tonight I have been having problems with my computer. Couldn't get online. Well after doing the logical things of checking my cables and Internet connections for the wireless mind you I am 5 days late and was in the middle of paying bills. Well I kept getting error no Internet connection. When I did the diagnosis it came up with DNs server was not found. Well, looked and looked. So I checked the adaptr which was receiving and sending signal just fine on my computer. So I tried doing a run of my norton and my computer.started locking up on me well guess what my computer was hacked by Aaron's and they removed pertinent stuff so I could not get on the Internet. I found logs where they have been accessing my computer since I got it. I am A ROYALLY PISSED CUSTOMER. WHEN ALL THIS HAPPENED TONIGHT I HAD ALL OF MY BANKING ACCOUNTS UP, credit cards, and others and my budget so I could pay bills which Aaron's was one of them. ROYALLY ROYALLY PISSED

If you don't like their policies, then don't do business with them. Take your $ and go buy a computer at Wal-Mart

I am aware of the program you are referencing which they tell all there customers about. Aarons will not shut down the computer unless there is no contact from the customer within 10 days of the payment being due. And that's after they have made several attempts in reaching you. Please be truthful when making your comments. And even though 12 months may seem like a long time, it still beats the competition's shortest term of 18 months (that's 50% longer!!)
