Aaron Ford review: Purchase and trade of a vehicle

Started back in June traded a 2021 Ford Explorer in to Aaron ford for a ford bronco sport. Took 6 weeks to pay off explorer causing me to have to make a payment on a car I don’t own anymore so my credit wouldn’t suffer due to their incompetent staff! Multiples lies including telling us that the car was paid off with Bank of America and it wasn’t! To this day DMV thinks we still own the 2021 Ford Explorer! DMV is going to suspend my personal license plate even though it’s registered to the bronco now but they don’t know that because they think it’s still registered to the 2021 Ford Explorer because apparently the release of liability was never sent to the DMV! Buyer beware!
