A1-Auto Wrecking review: Jeep door from a1- auto wrecking

We made an order to A1-Auto Wrecking, Georgetown, Texas June 14, 2022. The order was for a jeep door and paid $525 for the door through our bank. Over the course of time, we have contacted them 25 times. We have informed them that we want to cancel our order and be reimbursed for the charge. We have talked to Adam, Russell, and Tony and others. We have been told that Joe would return our call and reimburse us (financial person). It did not happen. We were told their accountant would call us back, he did not. We were told Dominic would call us back, he did not. We were told at one point; they did not even sell car doors. We have left messages every time we have called, they say all calls are being recorded. We have been hung up on, put on hold until we are to leave a message. We talked to the bank and they are unable to help us because of a time limit to dispute charges. If you need a list of contacts and dates, times and often names, let me know.
