A to Z Outlet review: Patio table and chair set

I purchased a patio table and chair set for $125 and laundry pods from A-Z. Total purchase amount was $145.75 with tax. I didn't have a truck or anything to haul the table in. My daughter has been in the hospital and I have fractured/sprained my arm so today my son went to pick up my item and they told him they don't have it anymore. So I called and spoke with Phyllis that runs the store and she said they only hold items for so long and refuses to refund me my money or give me the items I paid for. Said she is running a business. I told her in a business if you sell an item the consumer gets that item or a refund if they don't get the item. She said it isn't her problem I should have picked up sooner. I paid for these items on 7/27/22.
