91 Express Toll Roads review: Improper and over billing unfair business practice

We have and have had a toll account with responders since 2019. Both brand new cars that I am referring to were listed and have stickers. The Toll had issues communicating to the 91. When I put money on our account they were still not paying them and I would get bills of violations even though I have a 150.00 credit on the toll roads books.

My son and husband traveled for work and school from Jan to June 2023 is the issue. The toll roads say we owe them 598.00 and the 91 says 12,000 dollars and put a lien on both cars so we can not register them due 9/2 and 9/20 each one have 5,600 on liens. When I called the 91 to ask what was the balance minus the fines they cant tell me just said we now owe 14,000 each car. We have not used it since June when neither would help us.

Do I sell my house to pay the fines?
