Computer defective after 4 months. Ongoing dispute with company. Wrote 7 times. No response. Offered to pay off without replacement computer if bill for extended warranty dropped (not honored) and if late payments dropped from credit report. Was sent statement indicating 0 payment due for june and july. So did not pay until august. Now they say I am behind. And they are filing late reports. Did what they indicated. Also company indicated to credit company that dispute was resolved. Not so... Ever. Not even now.

Desired outcome: For me to make $30 payments till done without payment for dishonored warranty included. My credit with them restored to previous terms on all three credit bureaus. Unblemished. And correspondence indicating compliance.
