This company is hiring or going partners with third party (I don't know how that works, they said they are independent contractor) The 3rd party advertise that they are using the 7F Dog Trainer System. I paid $2611 to Emily Dog Training their independent contract. I called 7F Trainer and asked to speak with a manager. The person on the phone said that she needed to get Emily's approval first as my contract is with her. Like, Emily would say oh yes go ahead and let her find a contract. How can not they be responsive as Emily Dog Training is using their system and advertise it.
Desired outcome: I want my money back. My dog has not gotten better at all.
First of all, I am coming here to post this review because upon submitting this on their Facebook page they went and blocked me, so if that tells you anything...beware. A company that doesn't stand by their product or resolve customer issues. Instead they run and hide and steal from me.
TERRIBLE service...I've had an issue with Braden in San Diego and this company has done absolutely nothing to resolve it. He no showed and then 20 minutes into his scheduled time told me he was 30 minutes out. I told him DAYS before I had a zoom meeting and had to be finished by the end of our session. This left us no time. He didn't bother to call me, I had to call him...this was after my long time trainer with them left, which Braden and 7F did NOTHING to call and inform me of. Super unprofessional, unorganized, and refuses to give me my money back for unused lessons. I then contacted the company because after 3 attempts Braden would not respond to me. Now I asked for a refund due to lack of response. The company then stopped responding to me. I've never seen anything like it. BEWARE!
Sadly do not hire this company. They simply aren’t honest and only care about $$$. They do hire private contractors (not employees) for a reason, it’s in their best interest not the clients or employees. No benefits or anything to pay to private contractors and if you aren’t happy with something they’ll blame the contractor and then the contractor will direct you to reach back to the company. I know this because I worked for them for a couple months. I don’t believe in taking people’s money or being unethical in general. The bad reviews are all over if you dare to research go all in and you’ll learn a lot! Personally i love dogs & wanted to be a trainer but after learning their methods I’m no longer with the company. As an employee, you’ll drive all over the place, not get anything for your gas or time (strictly commission based btw). You also will have fun dealing with the pressure of sales and #s which isn’t cool considering clients never know what it even costs until you get to their home to do a demo. Btw packages begin at $1375 & up. Just tell people that so no one gets their time wasted. Not all trainers are great or even good and many have done people wrong (read the Yelp reviews). There are many reputable dog training companies. Stay away from this one. My client is still waiting for a refund on a training deposit he put down months ago. They won’t return his calls or mine. Says a lot don’t you think?
