- Comes to home at odd hours without notice (sometimes coming for only a few hours on multiple occasions as well as coming to work at night around 10pm until 2am)
- Does not deal with customer concerns in a professional conduct (swears at customers and makes threats for more installments or they will not finish the job)
- Employs inexperienced employees to install hardwood floors without color matching, uneven application of floor tiles in both bathrooms and kitchen, will not replace stones if damaged by employees, kitchen cabinets were measured 3 times and were still the incorrect measurements but were still installed, granite countertops were not accurately measure and not connected seamlessly
- We selected square sinks basins and they carved an oval shape. They told us they would take care of it and correct it. They carved it back into a rectangular shape but the top and bottom were still curved
I have never been so unsatisfied with a company before. They made the deal sound so good but after they collect the money, it's difficult to get a hold of them and they come when they want with no set schedule. The job was supposed to take 3-4 weeks, after 2 months, it has not been finished. $35,000 Canadian Dollars and even a larger headache!
Save yourself the hassle, don't EVER do business with this company!
We requested for a quote from this company, kindly notified them that we would be working with another company, ended up being cursed at. Looking back, it was a good decision to go elsewhere. Kindly beware.

Unprofessional, disorganized and most important the quality is so low.
They install out of level. They make job look worse with their amateur caulking, they make decisions for cuts on site that end up ruining job.r.
You think you will save money going here, and they know their quotes are very low, but you will pay after with a job that really is AMATEUR and equivalent to a Do It Yourself product.
they do not measure properly or follow instructions.
Go elsewhere and get more reviews from actual clients.
My job was 15% cheaper than others with good reputation. BUT 68 came back 2 times to repair and made job worse, we are using trim now to cover up all the damages in Backsplash and Island area quartz.
