3RD GROUP PROPERTIES provided me by terrible apartments. They didn’t tell a single word about the smell that came from the outdoors. I can’t believe they cheated me. I have two children and I am single mother. I can’t afford myself to move to other apartments now.

Our first floor apartment has been flooded twice in 6 months due to issues with the vacant unit above us. During one of the floods I had to take a day off work and we had to stay in a hotel one night due to flooding. 3rd Group Properties told us they were not doing anything except cleaning the mess and taking approximately $20 off rent that month. Doesn't matter I lost money due to having to be off work and paid out of pocket for a hotel for my special needs children! It usually takes at least 2 weeks to receive a response to our maintenance requests.
