Im am unconsolable!!! The diamond of my engagement ring was lost after one of the clawns came loose. My husband phoned 365 (I was too upset to talk!!) and they said that there is nothing they can do and that I must have hit it against something! The thing is I really look after my ring and always take it off when doing any work that may do something to it. This just shows that it was a poor quality ring!! An engagement ring is suppose to last a lifetime and after only 2 years the claw came loose resulting in the loss of the diamond and they said that is not their problem!!
