This company was hired to scrape and paint everything that is white on the house (trim and soffits).
There were 3 places to repair boards as well. This was all in the contract. 1/2 the money was given upfront.
Complaints
They repaired 2 of the 3 places that was discussed.
They scraped some and left some of the scrapings either on the roof or on the ground.
They spilled paint on the roof in two separate places. One place that faces the front of the house (high traffic area). Several shingles will need to be replaced if they can be found of the same color (May have to reshingle the roof).
All the painting that was done was touch up (that was maybe15% that was needed)
Of all the painting that was done it all needs a second coat. You can see majority of the brush strokes, Poor quality of work!
In places they painted over rotten wood.
Paint was splattered on the siding on the house in the areas that were painted.
Majority of the house was never touched. The attached garage was not touched.

I have texted them and their responses.
(I have it all).
Desired outcome: I am asking for the $$$ given plus having to replace the shingles that they spilled paint on. They can pay someone to fix to my satisfaction or pay me for my labor and cost of shingles. Up to them!
