27/7 Techies review: The online support to my laptop

I am a 70 year old man and when I was first the customer, the support was excellent. I complaint to the staff who appear to work remotely and unsupervised, so the have been abusive to me personally and condescending.

I am contracted to be supported on my Lenovo IdeaPad S145. When I speak with them on the phone and explain that I have hearing impairments, they don't speak more slowly and clearly, they just bully me off the phone. There seems to be no other approach than to use Federal Administrative Agencies to help me with intervention.
