I am like the rest of you - I got ripped off but I don't get mad, I get even. This person bragged in an email how they get 55,000 applications in 12 months, multiplied by the $19.00 that's a cool $1,045,000.00.

I wonder if they claim that as income, well I am going to pass this information on to the irs, delaware dept of revenue, md and ca departments of revenue and let them check it out.

Check out their other websites - jackson cash, aka 200cash.com

Lion payday, aka 300cash.com which leads you to steadman financial.

What a bunch of crooks.

The app fee notice is in several places on our website:

Home page

Faq page

In application path, last page with final authorizations

The applicant can leave at any point before clicking the final submit button and not incur any charges.

2. Our process is heavily automated.in bound authorized application are automatically forwarded to 3rd party employment verification services. Hence our policy of non-refundable application fees. We cannot stop this spending "in 10 minutes" or any other such idea with 3000 in-bound applications per day. Our requirements, policy and terms and conditions are more than fair and appropriate.

3. Ten complaining people that can't or won't read t's and c's before making commitments of work for a lot of other people do not concern us. We receive over 3000 applications per day and fund most of them.

I applied for a loan with this company in July of 2009. Never heard from them. They took out what I believed to be their one time fee. But since than this company has been taking money out of my account on a regular bases, some times once a week but lately every other day. I live week to week and withdraw my money out of the bank on my paydays and this company withdraws money out of my account the day before my payday, and at times every other day which incurs me to not only NSF funds from my bank but this company has the gall to charge me NSF fees also!

I have tried to cancel my A.C.H from my bank but they inform me that it will incur me more money to stop them from pulling more money out of my account. Plus I believe that that gave my bank information to another company as they are now taking money out of my account. By the end of this week I will be not only without any funds in my account, but homeless also.

And when I try to call this phone number they have on their site to get them to cancel this activity all I get is an automated system that does not let you speak to a real person. No matter what time of the day it is. My bank requires a cancellation number but also a name. I am afraid to go to their website again.

I tried to get a loan to fix my truck, and it has cost my more than the amount to repairs done on my truck!

I made application and was instintly approved with instructions to complete application process with a notary. I did that and faxed info. Now they take out $19.00 out of my account and wont answer the phone with live person. All I get is prompts to contact another number/email address. This is a fake company.

Having the similar complaints, I called my bank and asked the number for the ACH withdrawal and they gave me the number [protected]. I called the number and got a recording and left a nasty message, and lo and behold someone did call me back and was trying to explain how the $19 charges are processing fees.

I filled out an application for a loan giving them all of my bank information. 200 cash.com. Evidently accepted my application and charged me a fee of 22.95 and have been taking it out of my checking account. I have not accepted or signed any agreements for money. Because they are taking money out every month I am being charged for overdrafts. They do not have a contact number. And the company Usloanin1hour.com has verified that I have an application on file. When I asked them about the monies being taken out, their answer was that they do know who is taking the money out. My bank does not know who is taking the money out. How can this be stopped?

I just checked my bank account today to see how much i had. I just wanted a simple loan so i could put a down payment on a car, and to my suprise i notice they take 19 dollars out two times. I mean i'm not going to complain if they took it out once b/c it says it on it's agreement. Then I call the number on my bank account statement, and it sends me to Don's voicemail. So I legt a short voicemail of what I felt. I guess I'll be going to the bank tomorrow.

Sent me e-mail informing me that I was able to borrow money and how money can be deposited overnight. After submitted required info on 7th Feb...they charged me $19 dollars for processing fee from checking acct on the 9th. Have not heard from them since. There automated system is sit up that you can't call or send e-mail to inquire anything. What a rip-off!!!

I contacted them regarding a $44 charge on my bank statement. They replied stating that it was the $19 app fee plus an NSF fee of $25 which came out to $44. What I find odd about this is why didn't they call and say: "Oh, we tried to take out the $19 but it came back declined..." at that point they should have disregarded the application. I know if I were doing an app for someone and the application fee was declined I would not proceed further with their application. Scam artistry at it's best. I will NEVER EVER go for a payday loan ever again. What a ripoff!!! I already reported them to the BBB and to the Fraud Department of my bank.

Best way to do a payday loan is with a local company and NEVER ONLINE. take it from someone who works with payday loans daily. :)

I applied figuring I could deal with a $19 fee only to recieve another e-mail telling me I had to fax them something to be considered. I don't have access to a fax machine. They told me they're going to take the $19 anyway. If you require me to complete OTHER applications in an entirely different medium when I never suggested I had access to a fax machine in my original application, then maybe you should make that known or have me do it BEFORE I complete my application. As far as I'm concerned, I never completed it.

They got me too. I've been looking for a number to contact them, I found it really strange that they asked for a $19.00 payment upfront on a payday loan. I'm so upset w/this company( if I can call it that ). I would like to say so much but, there all four letter words.

I, too, was low on money and went to their web site as well. I went all the way to the part where you fill out the "check" for repayment, filled that out, submitted it, and waited because it also said " if you want the $200.00 "immediately" deposited .I waited for a response, went on to bed, checked my emails before I went to church, and got responses at 1:45 a.m.. I checked them and that is when I saw the wage garnishment papers and that I had to be available at regular business hours for them to call and my employer had to sign the garnishment papers for $780.00 to be payed . That was my red light . They did get their first $19.00 but I have closed that account and I delete all emails from payday loan places or other so-called loan places. These things can be set up by anybody and can be made as real as a scammer wants them to be. I got one in the mail from a place in West Virginia . I called the business on the check and it did exist and they told me that someone had gotten that account number and that they had gotten the police involved. There is no way to stop it unless everyones computer can be constantly monitered and nobodyu is going to allow that.

I was almost taken by these scam artists .They did get their FIRST $19.00 from me . But when I saw the wage garnishment papers and where they said I had to be available during regular business hours at work for them to call and my employer HAD to agree to garnish my wages for $780.00, THAT was my red light . I persued it no further. I have closed that account out and started deleting ALL emails I get from payday and regular loan (or CLAIM to be loan) companies.
