An employee of 1caaat, Richard, has been calling me for about 6 weeks. I just duck his calls now. He's a real jerk. The first call he made to me he was rude and when I politely declined to hear about his services, he abruptly hung up but not before some rude comments toward me. So a while later, I blocked my cell # and called him back. Left a message for him to call me back, that I was sorry I was rude to HIM. Well I've logged over 58 calls from him. I never take his calls. I'm wondering when the dumb ### will figure it out? Serves the ### right.

I have worked for this shabby company. They have a rude ### ghetto transvestite looking closer called Edna..more like Edward. Always wearing leggings and you can see his or her? panties. And not to mention that nappy horrible lace front. Every time I was on a call with a customer all you can hear is Eddies(Ednas) big ### mouth...either cursing and carrying on or talking about her drinking exploits the night before.
The receptionist Candace.(hate the fact that Candace is my middle name).dumb ### tried so hard not to give me my damn check talking about quotas and ###. And Shawn the manager is a young kid that they put in a high position. How the hell are you dating chicks at your job? Then trying to touch on one of the girls in the last row of computers? Talkin about come here I dont bite. The girl cant even form a sentence(" They be like, like, talkin and stuff") but is pretty and has big boobs and is constantly wearing cleavage revealing shirts. One card at a time is an array of ghettoness and unprofessionalism. You can barely find any information about them. I ve learned that the majority of the call centers located at W 36th street in Manhattan are all ghetto and full of ###.

bait and switch group. they said they gave next-day funding of credit cards. really fund after 48hours and 3 days after the weekends. they lied. i cancelled them quickly and blocked their ACH debiting of my account. not honorable people. especially the agent that calls himself 'george'. this guy is a jerk. and a liar. and a dishonest business person.

1 Card at a Time, LLC is a legitimate ISO for Chase Paymentech, you can verify that directly with Chase. They truly offer a free analysis of the credit card statements and help business owners locate savings. You can call their number [protected] any time and a customer rep will answer providing all the help or the info you need. The author of the posting above doesn't really justify his position or what happened, seems more like a competitor than a merchant. Let's not bad mounth people who are honestly trying to provide a good service!
