This was a camping trip we have made to this facility for several years. This year, unlike previous years, I was told since I have a Teardrop trailer, I would have to go on a RV site. These sites are charged at a different rate than tent sites, and have water, and electric. After pulling my trailer from a very rough access drive and onto a dirt site, I noticed the electric/water supply was covered with a plastic bag. My thought was that it was to protect from pine needles and weather until used. I found out later that there was no water or electric svc. There was no picnic table either. This RV site should have been sold as a tent site. I complained to the staff at the entrance and they said I should have known that there was no svc. HOW? No mention upon checking in. I feel I was taken advantage of and since moving to another site on a holiday weekend was not an option. The facilities throughout the park are degrading. No general store, no cafe, no stables. Entrance office deck is so damaged they have to tape it off. I was very disapointed.

Desired outcome: Refund from RV charge to only a tent site charge. I used the site and am willing to have paid for it, but at a tent site rate.
