ZYYMHM International Project Dept. review: Warn others not to deal with this company.

I ordered a Raised Garden from an ad on Facebook on October 8, 2022. They stated in the ad that it was a ‘hot sale’ and they were doubling the order. I was to get 2 raised gardens for the price of one. The company contacted me with a confirmation, and received my payment from a credit card. The amount of time they allotted for the shipment to arrive was 10-20 days. I contacted them on October 28th to inform them that my shipment hadn’t arrived. They sent back an email the same day saying the package had been delivered. When we arrived home that evening, the only thing that arrived was a very small package. In it were 2 packages of 10 toothbrushes. I emailed them and was very blunt and told them I’d be reporting them as scammers. When I contacted them again, they emailed an apology and said they needed confirmation of what I received and asked for a picture. I sent them a photo of the toothbrushes. They replied with a lengthy apology and blamed the error on the shippers. They asked me to send the items back to them and they would refund me the cost and whatever shipping costs I incur. I do not trust them. They had a long request of sending pictures and labels. I will not be responding to that as they have broken my trust.
