Zyporex is supposed to be a product that helps clear acne. This company is not real. Both the webiste and the testimonials are fake. I think the person or people behind this also made the other webite comparing the best acne treatments. I ordered the product, unfortunately without doing sufficient research, and never got it in the mail. They took $29.99 for the product and $7.99 for shipping. There is no contact info, except for a defunct email. I tried calling the number on my bank statement and I was immediately tansfered to a voice mail box that was full and not accepting new messages.

I ordered the same product, and for the cost of $37.98. I still have not heard back from the company after two weeks of complaining via voice-mail to a number that one of the employees had sent me after I sent a complaint e-mail. This company is fraud, and I hope that no one goes through the trouble that I have.

I saw your article after I ordered Zyporex and I was really worried that I had gotten ripped off like you had. I tried to contact Zyporex with their email address but recieved no reply. I finally decided that it just wasn't going to come in, but today I came home from work and my new bottle of Zyporex was waiting on me. Maybe you didn't order it from the same website as I did, but I don't think it's a fraud at all.

We are ordering this for the second time and the bottle of zyporex actually did come with no problems the last time we ordered it, and worked extremely well for my daughter. Better than pro active, acne free, and accutane. When she ran out, her acne came back so it is definitely doing good for her.

I sent away for this product and got it very quickly in the mail, although it was missing the free tube of medication that it was supposed to include. I went online and saw all of the complaints and got very worried. I contacted the company and told them that my free item had not been included nor had any invoice been packaged with the merchandise and I wanted to return the items. I was expecting to hear nothing back and accepted that I had lost my money. The product had a scent that I did not like, so I knew I would not use it. I got a very quick response to the email, telling me where to return my items. A few days later the acne treatment that was supposed to be included for free arrived. I had already sent the other package back. Not too long after, the refund showed up on my account and an email arrived telling me that they had refunded my money. I have to say, this was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Just wanted to put that out there.

I've tried SkinID, Proactiv, products from Mary Kay, Neutrogena, Clerasil, Dermalogica...everything. The best of these has been the Proactiv, although my skin wasn't perfectly clear. That's when I thought I'd give Zyporex a try. Why not. Money back guarantee right? So, I ordered it. Took almost two weeks to get here. Smells horrible. I just figured it's like most foods. The worse it smells and tastes, the better it is for you. Right? Wrong. My face didn't feel smoother. Didn't clear up. Actually, it got worse. Lots worse. So...back to Proactiv I go. I'll settle with almost perfectly clear, as opposed to what this stinky mud did to my face. Oh yeah, and as far as a money back guarantee...that's only if they bother putting a shipping receipt in the package with the product. Without it, no receipt. Their customer service (if that's what you can call it) is lacking. I e-mailed them two weeks ago and never got a response. Hook, line and sinker. Yep...they got me.

must be a minority, this stuff is excellent. And no I'm not part of the company. Tried proative-expensive and makes the skin clean but dosent touch the acne. almost every over the counter, even laser therapy and the very expensive lotions the skin doc used. And this stuff works. its natural and smells pleasent. Not sure why its refered to as 'stinky mud'

I ordered zyporex for my teenage son and after one bottle it seemed to be helping so I re-ordered larger quantity with the 12 hour treatment offer. After 3 weeks no sign and no response to my 2 chaser emails. They have taken the money on my card. Does anyone know how to actually speak to these people.Obviously the email address is dead. I'm in the UK so another option would be great.

I think there might be another website claiming to sell Zyporex and taking your money. I ordered from a website called zyporex.com and got it in in three days. I think the smell is nice and calming but everybody is different. I don't think it is the best acne treatment, it cleared my skin a little and it is softer but my blackheads got worse. It's either one or the other for me.

I ordered from zyporex.com and received my shipment in about 3 days. I have tried Proactiv, Murad, Skin ID, TriClear, and other acne meds. Duac has been the only over-the-counter med to work thus far, but I no longer have insurance. I will see what happens with Zyporex, after two washes there is noticably less irritation.

I found this site right after I ordered Zyporex and kicked myself for being suckered into a marketing scam. I thought that the product would never come and quickly forgot about it since I never expected any results. However, two weeks after I placed my order the package came in the mail. I have moderate acne and very sensitive skin . I have tried proactive, topical treatments and many shelf products, Zyporex is actually working! I have less irritation and a massive reduction in pimples and blackheads in general. My skin is still not "perfect" but I believe that most products that claim to completely erase any imperfections are not being completely accurate. That's unfortunate that other people didn't receive their orders, but I don't really think that this company is a scam. Zyporex is really natural and has helped my skin immensely so I'm going to continue to order it.

i don't know what you guys did, but i haven't had any problems with the product or the website. i ordered it for somewhere around $35 and received it in about two weeks. it worked great . . . until i ran out. you people who think it's a scam are probably the same conspiracy theorists talking about 9/11 and global warming. there's nothing wrong with the product or the website, end of story.

I have been using zyporex since January. I was a skeptic because I have been suffering from acne for years and I have been to the dermatologist and tried just about everything. Some of the medications would work for awhile then I would jus get immune to it and it would stop helping. I love my zyporex. I don't care to much for the smell of it, but the results are worth it. I haven't had any trouble with the company yet and I really hope people are wrong when they say its a scam because I love the product and it has helped my acne tremendously.

I am not involved in the Zyporex company at all, and have no interest in helping them. I have used this product for a little over a year and my face looks so much better. I am a 38 y.o. woman and had a lot of scarring and multiple breakouts and lots of blackheads. As I washed my face with zyporex I could actually see the blackheads coming out of my skin, and my scarring healed more quickly than before. I breakout much less, and when I do it does not progress to open sores on my face. This product has also caused my arms to stop breaking out. As an exfoliant I find it extremely effective, and I love the way it smells. I think everyone has individual needs and everyone has different tastes as well. I wonder if maybe it is more effective for us middle agers for some reason. But I have no reason to believe that this is a scam. This is a great exfoliator while not damaging to the skin like apricot scrubs can be. I don't think anything will be the magic solution for everybody. There is no magic solution for anything, and acne is to great degree an internally caused symptom of a ph imbalance. Diet, exercise, and water intake make just as much a difference as any product you will find, and yes many scams are out there. I just don't think this is one of them. This product has helped me greatly. For those it has not helped, it's just not for you. Don't be bitter, try something else like diet, increased water intake and exercize. These things will make more of a difference than anything else. I hope this helps someone as I've been an acne sufferer for 25 years.

I have just received my second order of Zyporex. The first order lasted my son about a year. He didn't like it at first, but after using it for awhile, he actually loves it. This second order was for two bottles. So, the company does exists. My son has the type of acne that scars. He is also being treated by a dermatologists. But, when he ran out of the Zyporex, his face broke out worse than it has been for some time. Based on this, I have to believe that the Zyporex is doing something good. The real test will be to see if his face clears again after he resumes use of the Zyporex. I used it a few times when he received his first bottle. Since he said he didn't like it at first, I tried it. I really liked the product also even thought I don't have skin problems other than mildly dry skin. The Zyporex made my skin feel moisturized. After reading some of the comments, I'm wondering if the Zyporex is conflicting with other treatments or cosmetics that some may be using. I don't use any other treatments and I don't use other cosmetics since I have sensitive skin. Hope this helps others.

I ordered two bottles of Zyporex. When I received the bottles the envelope smelled of the product. So, before opening the package I was aware that the product was leaking inside. I should not have been able to smell the product. Upon opening, I indeed found that one bottle has a half inch round hole in the bottle and the second botle was creased but was not broken. The product has oozed out into the inside of the envelope. I poured the contents of the broken bottle into the emply bottle we had from a provious order. I was able to salvage about half a bottle. The rest was smeared inside the envelope. I have no complaints about the product, just the condition it was in upon receipt. And, I am short about half a bottle of the product.
