Zurich American Insurance review: Pay the diminution valve that is owed to me with out having to take this to court which is the next step.

On JULY 15th 2022 a company they represent hit my new truck. This took almost five months to get my truck repaired. Calling and complaining till they finally authorized the repairs. Now they will not return my calls on the diminished value of my truck.

Now they won't take or return my phone call's. I had to pay 800.00 a month for a truck I could not use due to them dragging this out. I also had to go to a chiropractor on this.
I had the truck looked at and the diminution value is around 3500.00 to 4000.00.
I have tried to call Mr. Joe Smith (Manager) and also Kaitlin Schefer (?) none will return calls
I do not know how this company can any score and how they can do business.
