Zizoo Auto Mechanic review: Auto repair service — axle and hub replacement

I paid over $3,100 cash at Zizoo Auto Mechanic for axle and hub replacements on my Hyundai Elantra. A Hyundai dealership inspection later confirmed the axles were never replaced. Despite this, I was charged $820 per axle and $430 for the hub, nearly double Hyundai’s pricing. Tie rods were changed without authorization, and I received no proper invoice — only a delayed estimate labeled as an invoice.

I filed complaints with the BBB (ignored and closed as unresolved) and Consumer Protection Ontario. The business is registered at Unit 16 but operates from Unit 15, raising questions about legitimacy.
