I won a $250 design contest on ZillionDesigns.com (PA Entity 4312741, 668 Stony Hill Rd Suite 11 Yardley PA 19067, also 14 Revere Court Princeton Junction NJ 08550). After I transferred copyright, agent Alan Smith on Oct 21 2025 7:47 PM EST falsely claimed my design was not downloaded, while it was already live on client site tarliss.com. He gave illegal ultimatum to accept $150. I accepted at 8:03 PM EST strictly under protest.
They withheld balance 78 days until Jan 7 2026, deducted false $250 expense, paid only $150 in 2025 and never issued 1099-NEC. On June 23 2026 owner Zaheer Dodhia threatened to block all communications and denied their NJ address. After I filed BBB 24709158 they retaliated by permanently suspending my designer account Mosharraf100. I sent tracked Final Notice for $500 restitution to support@zilliondesigns.com with Gmail delivery proof - no response.
