I ordered a pet vacuum for 40. I received a package today with only a scarf in it. As I see many people here have said the same thing about the scarves. The tracking says it was delivered but when I look at the"where my package is on the map. It says it's still 2 states away. im going to give it till the end of the week before I cancel payment and start an inquiry.

Like some others listed here, I ordered shelving from this outfit - ZYYMHM. I received two wooden chopsticks and a spoon at a cost of $30.67. Order number was [protected]. Would prefer to return the material received and receive the shelving ordered. Meanwhile, I will cancel the credit card payment and file a complaint/notice with the credit companies. This seems to be a pattern.
I expect to receive a response from the source... but, in the interim, I will file the complaint.

I don't remember what I ordered. I know I ordered a bra & sunglasses that never came but yesterday I received 2 jeweled mirrors that I would never ordered. The package has ZYYMHM. I've never heard of this place. I don't know how much they are.

I got the exact same mirror! All I remember is that I was playing wordle and an ad for something cool popped up and I ordered it - I can't remember what I ordered but it was not this compact. My fault for doing late night gaming. What I do is basically a test order. I will order something fairly cheap less than $50 and see if get what I order. This will be the first time I've been scammed but the package says it was $5.00 so will live and learn - The weirdest part is I cannot find the purchase receipt, cc transaction or paypal receipt so I have no idea what I'm missing out on. Dishonest and liar. They show you something nice on their Instagram ad, you order and they send crapy items, damaged even and tell you there is no problem with the order. Shameful !

Phone CREDIT CARD company and reverse the charges. Wow... basics of finance that even an 11yr old should know. Consumer protection it is called, a charge reversal is what will happen, you'll get all your money back, and the company will pay a 35-50$ chargeback fee.
I also ordered something(placed a lot of orders that week) and received the compact mirror, which I definately did not order.
My elderly father thought he was ordering electric scooters. I knew for $73 it was definitely a scam, but he couldn't remember where he saw them or where he ordered them from. He just received 2 pairs of cheap sunglasses from this company zyymhm located in China. Go figure. I googled it and everyone else had similar issues, just different merchandise. What a scam. I highly doubt we're all going to get our money back. So my gullible elderly father on a fixed income is out $73 bucks.

Same here! Ordered a foldable cupboard and received a horrible scarf. Moreover I had to pay custom fees so the whole scam cost me 40 euros for an ugly scarf I'll never dare wear!
I ordered a Christmas tree off of Facebook for a total of $59.44 and received a set of toothbrushes! I see others have received the same. Working with my credit card company to get a refund...hope it works because they do not respond to my emails...china based! I should have known better!

The Portuguese Postal Services attendant told me that the mistake must have happened at the seller's expedition services. I doubted, because the Portuguese Post (CTT) very often make mistakes, but she assured me that everything was correct. So, where is my order?

hello,the order I received does not match what I ordered .I ordered a Christmas tree and got some toothbrushes. The order number of my tree is the same as that of sending toothbrushes! And on top of that I paid 44.95 € for my tree which I did not receive and I had to pay 10 € for sending your toothbrush package .Either you send me a Christmas tree or you reimburse me. I will file a complaint with Facebook for false advertising and scam . as well as the police. I’m waiting for an answer I have all the evidence in pictures
