I sent money by Zelle to my son Okoyathomas olumide in chase bank on 7/25/2023 amount $354. His number was deregistered with Zelle at the time by T Mobil when changing plans so he never received it. I have followed up with Welsfargo from my account and also he has done same with chase but money can’t be found. Kindly either pay it back to me or transfer to...

Zelle To get all my money back

Just started out as a simple transaction of $100 so this man could pay Me for a TV I had on sell via Facebook Market place. Since then not quite sure where why but Zell for some reason had to upgrade the Zell account to a business account so they man that was supposedly buying my TV deposited money into that Zell account of $200 to upgrade it to a business account.? Since the end these people have gotten $600 of my money hung up in Zell is there anything anything y’all can do for me.? Please help me. Also I have told them that I would do what I had to do to get help with this.

I went on line to order food to be sent to cook county correctional from inmate care packages they asked we pay by zelle in which I did $108.00 than I received a thank you reply with tracking information that was done on 7/15/2022 it is now 07/28/2022 with no package and no reply everything is done by email my order # 44725 the zelle info was STEP 1...

Zelle Complaint

I was scammed out of 200.00 with them using the Zelle logo and info. I reported to Zelle and it seems like it’s not important to them that people are losing money while using the Zelle logo and received emails from Zelle. The person said he put 500 into my Zelle account because he wanted to but my grill which was 300 I had to refund him 200 to get my 500 which I thought was okay because I thought the app was updating so I sent him his refund

All the info they used was Zelle

Desired outcome: I want Zelle to pay it back cause obviously they don’t care that people are using there infoCause the lady said it happens a lot

Zelle Service was hacked/scammed

I was selling an item on Marketplace. Was contacted and the buyer said he wanted to go through Zelle to pay me. I signed up for Zelle app to do the transaction. After getting an email from Zelle that I made my account, I was told by the buyer he needed my email address to send the money to me through the Zelle app. I gave it to him. Then I received another email from what looked like it was authentically through them, as the first confirmation email. It said the transaction could not be made because I had to upgrade to a business account costing $200. I was convinced to send Zelle $200, and then they would return the $200, along with my payment from the buyer. I sent the buyer the money through the Zelle app and never received the payment or money back. I came to find out, the email I received to send the money was not from Zelle, but rather a scammer using a false email with the Zelle logo and us bank logos to pretend to be and looked authentic. I continued to get email asking for more money after this. Even after I called Zelle and found out they did not send the emails asking for money and confronted the buyer through messages telling them I contacted Zelle and know they don't ask for money like this, I continued to get more emails asking for money. I filed a report with Zelle, case# [protected], but they refused to refund my money and said they won't tell me the outcome of their investigation. Please get back to me and let me know if anything can be done to prevent this individual from doing this to others. He used the email address of [protected]@gmail.com and the money came out of my account listed as a payment to ZEL*Michael Chase.

Desired outcome: I would like my money returned. I would like this person to be investigated and shut down. Prosecuted for fraud and theft. Please get back to me to know if this will go anywhere and if anything can be done.
