On 122817 I ordered a passenger side headlight for my 2010 Cadillac Cts from Zaxon auto parts for $400. on 1218 I received a headlight that did not match the one i wanted. I called Zaxon auto parts [protected]) on 1318 an explained the problem an was informed that it would be taken care of an someone would be contacting me. After not recieving a call back, I called Zaxon auto parts again on 1518 an was told that it is the weekend an the truck that had my headlight on it was stuck in the snow. From this date on up until the 11518 I was always told that they were still waitng on my headlight to arrive. On 115 I called Zaxon auto parts an was given the same story about my headlight. They offered to get me a headlight for another $450 or I could contact Auto Parts Pro(this is the subcontracting company that sent the headlight to me) for a replacement. On 11618 I called Auto parts pro (916-851-1111and [protected]) an was told they had they had the replacement in stock. I was given the Address through text and mailed the headlight to them the same day. Once they received the headlight I was charged an additiona $150 for return and replacement fees. To this date I have not received my product. I would like a full refund of $550.
