We purchased a beautiful bengal with health guarantee summer 2019 and we noticed one of his eyes were squinting. rebecca's comment, oh possibly got scratched from the other kittens, don't worry if anything we are here to help. after several attempts to the vet and $ spent for various tests as her vet stated he was perfectly fine. one day we got someone else at the vet who was able to assist as we were desperate to only find out both kittens from the litter had slight case of conjunctivitis. we finally did tests pertaining this to find out he has calicivirus - which cannot be cured and will remain with him for the rest of his life which he received from birth. when we confronted her she told us not to contact her anymore and would not give a refund. accused us we were making this up, when we have documentation from the vet as well as emails, text messages to prove her in-compassionate behavior
Also, the bengals are not social. she assured he was good with children, very social, loves water - all the opposite. the bengal we received is not what she guaranteed.
