Ackermans - Treatment

Letter of demand
I went to golden walk mall ackermans store on friday 29 may 2020. I wanted to buy a winter jersey there. However I did not purchase anything as I did not get the type I preferred. I decided to exit the shop and check elswhere. While I was on my way to the exit, a security officer named seipati who checks purchase slips at the exit ordered me to wait where I was walking. I did so. Howewer as we were still in government covid 19 level 4 (social distancing rules). The place where she (seipati) ordered me to wait blocked the exit route of other customers and they were approaching closer than the gobernment's 1 metre social distacing. So I decided to shift aside and make way for the other customers to pass without touching me to the exit. The security officer said why did I shift, I explained to her the above reasons. But she said she suspects I ight have hidden ackermans items inised my trouser. She ordered that I be taken to the fitting room and be stripped naked and searched. I refused citing social distancing measures of not touching one another during the government's covid 19 level 4. The security officer (seipati) insisted but I refused. There was a female police officer who happened to be doing shopping on uniform in the store. Seipati called the female officer and explained to her that I am a suspect and she needs help in taking me to the fitting room so that I may be stripped naked and searched.
I explained to the police officer my reason for refusing sepiati's request. I explained to her that we were still in government's leve l 4 social distancing rule. I requested permission to pass through ackermans's security detectors or scanners at the the exit instead of being touched and searched. But the police officer shaid in order for me to allowed exit from the shop I had to comply with seipati's order since I was a suspect. I refused but they refused to let me exit too as they were both at the exit and in front of me. Likewise I was welcomed to be accompanied by the store manager (nelson) was to the fitting room. There at the fitting room nelson ordered me to empty everything in my trouser and jacket's pockets I did so but there was no stolen item belonging to ackermans.

Nelson then odered me to take off my jacked I did so and no ackermans' item was found in me. He (nelson) the orderd me to take off my trouser I did so and as I did not wear and underwear that particular day, my penis was exposed to him. He ordered me to turn the other side so he may see if I did not hide anything in my buttocks. I did so and no ackermans' item was found in me. Nelson then order me to open my shoes so he may check whether I did not hide anything inside my shoes, I did so and no stolen item was found in me.
I was the only person in the store who was subjected to this treatment. I felt defamed, discriminated, infringed and humiliated by this treatment. After this ordeal I spoke to goodness, who also works there at ackermans and she said to me 'if you say you did not want another man to see your buttocks, did you expect a woman so search you" I said to her, I just did not want to be stripped naked. I request you to assist me with legal help. I am confident that ackermans has security videos or cameras in their shops. If they provide me with a full uninterrupted security video or camera for 29 may 2020 between 14:50 pm and 16:50 pm, I will point at what I am complaining about. I also request you to help me, I want ackermans store to compensate me for this, I am not working and I cannot afford a lawyer. I want hundred thousand rands out of court or two hundred thousand rands if the matter goes to court. Please help me. I still feel humiliated. I grant you fourteen days to comply with my demand in order to save my time from issuing summons and or going to court.

Regards
