On Tuesday 4 August 2020 at 13:07:18 and at Truworths in Cavendish Square, I exchanged two clothing items for two other items. The individual who helped me was a young male with employee no. 2034467 - he called, who I am going to assume was his supervisor, to authorise. This individual was a lady probably in her late 20s to early 30s. I had a peak cap on and my mask as per the regulations. Note that I use my identity document as I don't have a card. Now here is where I have a problem - she comes to him and takes my ID - she does not greet. She then says "I can't see your face". I can look pass her lack of manners by not greeting me but I cannot look pass her blatant rudeness with the words which came out of her mouth. This is not how she should of addressed me, what she should of said was "good afternoon miss, would you please take off your mask/cap that I am able to identify you. Who did she think she was talking to, her friend, her child, a homeless person. I am disgusted by the pathetic and disgusting service I received today and hope that this individual is repremanded.
