YourRent2Own.com review: Internet scam

I applied for one week trial only for $1, but they charged me $49 without my permission. Previous month they charged me one more time for the same amount. I can't stop it because they don't have contact information I kno my email was on there I just want to b removed whr they can stop trying to charge my card I have provided a couple screen shots of where they said they would remove me from my supposed membership and another screenshot of where they tried to charge me after the email
