I was contacted via chat on the YouPic site that I needed to contact them via a link provided on site to the verification process. During that process, I was requested to provide my credit card information, which I reluctantly did. After nearly an hour, I was told to look up my checking account information and verify my available balance, then verify two transactions from MoonPay, which I did (There have been four transactions in my account -$1.26, +$1.26, -$1.07 and +$1.07). Then the response came back that I needed to provide another card as the chat said they were unable to verify my account. Please remember that they have just created four transactions in this account, and it has also been drafted twice for my annual subscription. The response was that there had been fraudulent activity in my account. There has been no such activity, other than the present fraudulent activity by YouPic.
