The realtor that we hired seemed ambitious to sell our home. As time went on, with little interest from potential buyers, we heard less and less from the Coldwell banker realtor we hired. We would often not get a response with questions or he would agree with some changes that were asked to be changed on Zillow/mls and then not change them. He did not complete or put in correct info on mls or Zillow. Which is part of the reason the changes were asked in hope to reach potential buyers. Now our home apparently has been expired from the mls and it’s been a month with no word from the Coldwell banker realtor. Assuming he has relinquished his services at this point.
Country of complaint: United States
Claimed loss: Lost thousands of dollars on storage, property/loan/utility payments and many other things that intertwine with preparing for selling our home that now needs to be redone. Lost time.
Desired outcome: Would like to sell our home at a decent price and within a reasonable time so I/we can build or buy a home before the end of summer. Maybe discuss a discounted rate.
