Yang Ming Autos review: Refusal to deliver the car or refund payment of $4720.

I paid to purchase a car in full through bank transfer after I received invoice which included shipping and clearance to my door /address for $2082. The company then supplied tracking details and delivery to be in 14days. 2days later they insisted that I pay refundable insurance of $2638, I tried to insist it was not communicated beforehand but they said they can't ship the car if I don't pay. I transferred the payment. 3days later they said I have to pay import tax of $3582. I refused and requested they refund my money which they refuse to do.
