Xsolla (USA) – Items purchased not given

I proved incontrovertible proof attached for all to see, that I indeed did purchase a product they did not give me. You can clearly see the ranking. After I submitted a ticket it they gave me two out of the ten ranks that they were supposed to give me. After seeing all these negative reviews I'm almost certain I have just been scammed. I will have to dispute the charge and all my sons will quit playing the game because I like to spend thousands when I get i to a game and we are looking for a new game we can enjoy.
