We need your action to recover our money from the china supplier who is unable to supply the goods
We have been dealing with one company M/s XINGHE DAGUAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD from the last 2-3 year with salesperson Mr Mike/ Miss Cathay.
Last 3-4 month they have both not replied regarding my order delivery and money refund. some of other supplier inform me that his company have some police complain and other some problem that's why not replying, we also chase for the same on Alibaba but now due to this company sale fake items China police catch him this company owner and close his company, aliababa also close his account from alibaba website also they cannot help due to we pay the supplier directly not by aliabab.
As per our other supplier they inform me that we complain to china embassy in our country they help to recover the payment, some of other customer who stuck like that get money back for same procedure
Please help and take action for recover our payment
