XDPExpress review: Delivery

A delivery arrived of today’s date for me, Ms. Sandra Blair of Flat 6, 21 Scarbrook Road, Vertex Apartments Building CR0 1SQ.

The buzzer was rung early this morning to which my son answered. The person informed me I had a delivery. My son informed the person to bring it up to the 3rd floor. I waited and waited. My son on his way to school told me the person had left the parcel downstairs at the entrance doorway.

My son is 12 years of age and was on his way to school. I am a vulnerable adult. I suffer with Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, High Blood pressure, and diabetes. Coupled with that, I live on my own with my son. As stated earlier, my son was on his way to school. There is no way I can, or my son can lift this parcel. It is now 12:59PM in the afternoon and as far as I am aware the parcel is still downstairs at the entrance door. The delivery person was told at point of calling the buzzer, ‘3rd Floor please’.

Please advise why this was done and how I am to get my parcel.
