We stayed in room 345 over the weekend Oct. 17-19, 2025.
Originally we were supposed to be in room 344 but it was not sufficiently cleaned, had sharp nail strips exposed on the floor between bath and sleeping area, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (we are asthmatic and cannot be around cigarette smoke) so your desk people moved us. However the next room had exactly the same issues so was also unusable.
I am handicapped and barely able to walk but was forced to walk through three rooms all of which had serious cleaning issues and cigarette smells. But, had no choice but to stay there as we had paid so did just that, and settled on 345.
We arrived at 550 and at 750 after going through 3 different rooms, none of which were clean, we finally settled for a room (two hours to check in and get in a room is uncalled for). Also, no coffee or coffee supplies were in the room; just a coffee maker, there was just 1 towel, no soap or shampoo/conditioner. The floors were dirty but there was housekeeping person to clean the room. But worst yet, I am now treating with my physician for numerous large BED BUG BITES! They were in both beds. I started calling the front desk at 1 am and never did anyone pick up. I finally called the reservation line and the front desk answered. I informed her that there are bed bugs in the room and she refused to send anyone to check the room, to give me any information to reach a corporate office for complaints and was rude and indignant. In all that time not one person from management or staff, ever went to see the problem or offer a solution! This is highly unacceptable. I informed your front desk person that I have pictures of large bed bugs on the beds and she said she did not care! I do have pictures of them and their shells and feces on your bed, along with pictures of the horrible condition of the room, also of the other rooms I went into looking for a barely clean room for myself and my 85 year old mother!
I would have gladly left your establishment but your renting rooms that should be deemed uninhabitable left me was unable to find a room elsewhere (ie. such from a clean decenct and reputable hotel) so was forced to stay there w my 85 year old mother.
Also, I could not take my overnight bag home in my car after it being in the room, as bed bugs easily attach and infest so we then ran a very high risk of them infesting my home if they were in the seams of my bags. We were forced to spend the rest of the night in the car because the infestation was so bad! I have now sought medical attention and have caught a viral infection as a result of the bites.
I am now demanding for a full refund along with compensation for my overnight bag and prescriptions I am now taking because of being bitten there!
I will do what I must do legally, to include contacting the media with my pictures, compensatory and punitive damages, if you fail to compensate me in full,as stated in the earlier paragraph of this complaint, for this injustice, in a proper timely manner.
